Privacy policy

This policy describes what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to dscrloansconnecticut.com and to the scenario form on it.

Information you give us

When you submit the scenario form, we collect the fields you fill in: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the property state and type, the loan purpose, the estimated property value and loan amount you enter, the occupancy selection, and any message you write. We also record that you checked the contact consent box and the time you submitted the form.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, bank account information or government identification through this website. If a file moves forward, those items are collected later through a secure process.

Information collected automatically

We record the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the URL — for example a source, medium, campaign, term or content tag, or a click identifier from an advertising platform. Those values are stored in your browser’s session storage so the first touch survives a page change, and they are sent with the form when you submit it.

Our hosting provider records standard server information such as the request time, the requested URL, the IP address and the browser user agent, as part of operating and securing the site.

How the information is used

  • To reply to your inquiry and evaluate the scenario you described
  • To route your request to the appropriate licensed team member
  • To compare financing programs and, if you proceed, to prepare a file
  • To keep records of consent and of the request itself
  • To measure which pages and campaigns produce inquiries

Who we share it with

We share the information with service providers that support our operations — the customer relationship management system that holds leads, the database and webhook infrastructure that records submissions, and the wholesale lenders and their processors when you decide to move forward with a loan scenario. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, in response to a lawful request, or to protect the rights and safety of the business, our clients or others.

Consent and communications

Submitting the form includes your consent to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will honor it, subject to records we are required to keep.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve the request, to maintain business records, and to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations. We use access-controlled systems and encrypted transport, and we limit access to people who need it for the purposes described here. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to record-keeping obligations. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request through the scenario form and describe what you want us to do.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies of its own. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page. Questions about privacy can be sent through the scenario form. Terms governing use of the site are in the terms of use.
